At last! A fairly decent photo. Made using the Automatic Depth Of Field - though I may have ballsed it up slightly by using it wrongly. Still, I like it, even though it feels a grubby way of photographing.
I bought the camera to learn all about F-stops, shutter speeds, ISO sensitivities and all sorts of molecular structures your primitive brain wouldn’t understand, so to rely on the automatic feels almost… like cheating. Don’t get me wrong, I use the auto-focus all the time - especially in the dark. Can’t see fuck all when it is like that.
I suppose it’s something that I haven’t just stuck it in fully automatic and have done with it. That would be a bloody waste.
